Delivery Point 1886 Highway 90 Conway, South Carolina United States 29526 Question Deadline 04/30/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online Yes. *The Horry County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals or any one item in a proposal. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for the following: Complete a site visit to clearly evaluate the area that must be seeded, mulched, and tacked To provide a permanent strand of grass that will last and require no maintenance, except bush hogging a few times a year. To fertilize the soil with the application of slow-release fertilizer. Remove any rocks or debris that would interfere with bush hog mowing. Seed it with a permanent mix suitable for the season and roll into seedbed. Cover it up with a good coat of straw. Contract Time The Contract shall be completed in-full and accepted by the Owner within thirty (30) days of notice to proceed.
