Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Luis, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The proposed work is located within the limits of the City of San Luis, Arizona. The work consists of but is not limited to removal and replacement of 137 linear feet of 8 diameter sewermain, installation of 1,543 linear feet of 12 diameter storm drain and manholes, sanitary sewer manhole repairs, and approximately 8,854 square yards of pavement replacement on Merrill Avenue between Los Oros Street and Nancy Street, replacement of concrete vertical curb and gutter, sidewalk, and cross gutter. Project also includes adjusting existing water valves and sewer manholes with new frame and covers, and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. This project is funded with Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH). The Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements, including the payment of Davis-Bacon wages, maintenance of certified payrolls, and comply with Build America, Buy America requirements. Each Bid should be submitted on the Proposal Form and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid.
