The City of Jurupa Valley (City) is soliciting proposals from reputable design firms with demonstrated expertise in Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services for the City Hall Remodel and Building Addition Project for APN 163-042-043 {8930 Limonite Avenue). The project includes three distinct phases, though only phases 1 & 2 are part of this scope of work: o Phase 1 involves the construction of a new 10,500 square foot building addition and a corresponding parking lot. This addition will enhance the existing facilities and accommodate the growing needs of the community. NOTE: There will be a future 20,000 square foot addition to the 10,500 square foot add-on. o Phase 2 focuses on the minimal renovation of the current facilities, with an emphasis on optimizing workstations and collaborative spaces. Compliance with ADA regulations will be ensured where necessary to create an inclusive environment. o Phase 3, although not within the current scope, is planned for the future and involves the replacement of the existing City Hall.
