The County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to prep and install Elladur 4850 or equivalent floor system at the Detention Center, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. 2. A timeline for completion will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the project. B. CONTRACT PRICING 1. Contract pricing will be valid for the term of one (1) year, from Notice to Proceed. 2. Pricing must include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform Work. a. Unit pricing is to include material and installation (labor). 3. Pricing will not change during the Contract Period. 4. Contract will be cancelled by the County for convenience if funds are not approved for this Work during any fiscal budget year.
