Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for installing: all wiring, switches, outlets, boxes, light fixtures, emergency responder radio communication system, and data outlets, for the new Building, provide fiber optic conduit from the existing pole to the new building, the cable is provided by the NYSOPRHP, provide cabling conduit and utility interface for providing telephone and electrical service to the new buildings, including the temporary Contact Station and coordinate with National Grid to obtain new electrical service at building, including coordination of photovoltaic generation system provided as part of Alternate #1 as shown on the contract documents. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 3:00 PM on May 9, 2024. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. Engineer's Estimate Range: $438,530.00 - $593,305.00 Engineer's Estimate Range for Alternate #1: $51,985.00 - $70,325.00 The following goals for MWBE participation on General Contract have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 10% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 12% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Pursuant to Public Building Law 8(6), any contracts over $5,000 for the work of construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair, or improvement of any State building, a responsible and reliable NYS-certified Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise that submits a bid within ten percent of the lowest bid will be deemed the apparent low bidder provided that the bid is $1,628,283 or less (maximum amount has been adjusted for inflation effective January 1, 2024).
