The Pease Development Authority ("PDA") invites sealed Bids for Janitorial Services at Pease Development Authority Properties at the Pease International Tradeport, Portsmouth International Airport, Pease Golf Course, and the Market Street Facility of the Division of Ports and Harbors. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit responses to this advertisement. May 1, 2024. The PDA is seeking competitive Bids from qualified Contractor to provide Janitorial Cleaning Services to all PDA maintained buildings as defined in this IFB at Pease International Tradeport and Market Street Marine Terminal. The Contract shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform Janitorial Services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this specification. 2.1 Contract Term The Contractor will commence the work required by the PDA General Terms and Conditions on July 1, 2024, and will provide services through June 30, 2027, unless extended by the Authority in accordance with the terms of the Service Agreement. The Authority reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the term of this Contract, for two (2) additional one (1) year periods or through June 30, 2029, under the same terms, conditions, and pricing structure upon the mutual agreement between the successful Vendor and the Authority. 2.2 Personnel A minimum of two (2) persons will be required for this assignment. The Contractor shall designate a representative who shall be responsible for the performance of all work. The name of this person and an additional name, who shall be listed as an alternate, and will act on behalf of the Contractor when the designated representative is unavailable, shall be provided, in writing, to the Director of Operations or his/her designee.
