Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Russell, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The construction of a new approach, parking lot and entry sidewalk for Community Cancer Care Centre at the Russell Health Centre. The work included under this section includes: excavation of beds, drainage course, geotextile, cultivation of subsoil, supply and installation of planting soil mixture in shrub beds, and tree pits, supply and installation of bark nugget mulch. Each Bid Submission must include security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total Base Bid Price. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price covering the performance of the Contract including the requirements of GC 12.3 - Warranty. The successful Bidder shall promptly provide a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract Price.
