Bids will be opened and publicly read in person and via an online platform at the Vancouver City Hall, 415 W 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660 at the time and date specified. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid l deposit may be forfeited to the City of Vancouver.
