Per the owner this project is looking just for the usage of the park fields. No construction work is included. The City of Frankfort will receive sealed proposals for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the possible selection of an organization(s) or individual(s) to potentially enter into an Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) or rental contract for the use of Harrod Youth Football Field at Capitol View Park for the City of Frankfort and Frankfort Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Department. The City of Frankfort, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, and to select that proposal(s) which it determines to be in its best interest. Organizations or individuals submitting proposals are to submit their proposal in a sealed envelope; the organization / individual is advised to clearly mark the sealed proposal with the RFP number and description listed above. The City of Frankfort, Kentucky is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed proposal not properly addressed or identified. Organizations or individuals are invited to be present for the opening of the proposals submitted. The City of Frankfort, KY is looking to enter into an Memorandum of Agreement(s) (MOA) or a rental contract(s) for the usage of Harrod Youth Football Field at Capitol View Park for the City of Frankfort, KY Parks, Recreation and Historic Sites Department. The RFP shall be provided in accordance with the stated specifications in Article IV TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS of this invitation. Successful organization(s) or individual(s) shall be notified by the City's Purchasing Agent. After said release date, delivery of services shall be made as expeditiously as possible. The scope of this RFP is to seek organizations or individuals to work in partnership with the parks department to offer youth athletic programs and/or leagues. The city is exploring the MOA or rental contract for the use of the field for an organization(s) or individual(s) to organize, promote, implement and evaluate youth athletic programs and/or leagues. We are asking potential organizations or individuals to provide proposals with detailed information, goals, mission and an overview of the organization(s), plan for field usage, dates of use, special requests, and other information as stated in the technical specifications section of this RFP.
