Construction start Date will be 6/7/2024 with Substantial Completion by 8/14/24. Final Completion by 9/1/24. Each bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the California Business and Professions Code, and be licensed to perform the work called for in the Contract Documents. The successful bidder must possess a valid and active Class B License at the time of bid and throughout the duration of this Contract. The Contractor's California State License number shall be clearly stated on the bidder's proposal. Subcontractors shall be licensed pursuant to California law for the trades necessary to perform the Work called for in the Contract Documents. Generally, these categories of work involve new finishes, adaptive re-use and modification of certain selected areas including, but not limited site access improvements including hardscape and signage, installation of new PCapproved shade canopies, patch and repair of adjoining areas to match existing conditions and other infrastructure modifications identified in these construction documents. 1.2.2. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCCUMENTS A. Work Included: Specification Section 00 11 00 Scope of Work and all related work associated with this Prime Contractors scope of work. The work to be performed by this prime contractor shall conform to the requirements of all of Division 00 and Division 01 as well as the Supplemental Conditions, Project Performance Specifications (Division 02 through 33), all sheets in Drawings, General Disabled Access Notes, Fire Life Safety Notes, General Notes, Key Notes, and other related documents.
