As of July 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 17, 2024. The City of McKinney is accepting sealed proposals to award a contract as herein described to replace the theatrical lighting system at the McKinney Performing Arts Center (MPAC), located at 111 N. Tennessee Street, McKinney, Texas 75069. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality in submittals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 5/9/2024 05:00:00 PM (CT) Project Scope of Work: 1) Construction Services: The GC will complete all work for the Project in accordance with the specifications detailed in ATTACHMENT A - Project Specifications, 11 61 62 - THEATRICAL LIGHTING SYSTEM. The scope of Construction services will be determined based on the final Drawings and Specifications but may include, but not be limited to, one or more of the following areas of work: selective demolition; wood and millwork; acoustical panels and interior finishes; and electrical and lighting system; and any other requirements set out in the Contract Documents.
