This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by Rocky View County (the "County") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Pinebrook Drainage Improvements for Grading, Culvert Installation, and Other Work as further described in (the "Tender Documents"). Rocky View County (the Owner) has retained Sedulous Engineering Inc. (the Consultant) to design, tender, and oversee the delivery of the proposed project: Pinebrook Drainage Improvements: Portions of: NE 1/4 8-24-2 W5M & NW 1/4 9-24-2 W5M, SE 1/4 8-25-2 W5M & SW 1/4 9-24-2 W5M, NE 1/4 5-24-2 W5M & NW 1/4 4-24-2 W5M The construction limits of the Pinebrook Drainage Improvements project are within the right-of-way of Lower Springbank Road and 101st Street SW from approximately 700 m west of the intersection to 500 m south and then west into NE 1/4 5-2-24-2 W5M. This project will consist of grading, culvert installations, and other work.
