The proposed work on this project consists of replacing the roofing system of Building 109, of The West Virginia Air National Guard (ANG) at Yeager Airport. Reference attached Solicitation. Solicitations with Provision 252.204-7019, Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements NOV 2023 and then Awards with Clause 252.204-7020, must complete this assessment prior to award of contract. The contractor must have a current (no more than 3 years old) NIST SP 800-171 DoD assessment posted in SPRS. Please reference attached Solicitation and Drawings for specific details. Building 109 Roof Replacement This project is being solicited as a 100 % Total Small Buiseness Set-Aside in accordance w ith FAR 19.5 Project NAICS 238160 w ith a corresponding size standard of $19.0M. Disclosure of magnitude: IAW FAR 36.204(c), this project is expected to be betw een $100,000 and $250,000. Davis Bacon Wage Rates are applicable to this project. FAR 52.232-18 - Availability of Funds - applies to this solicitation. At this time, the Government has not yet set aside funding for this project. When funds become available, the Contracting Officer shall either amend the solicitation or provide notice accordingly. All offers shall be valid to 30 September 2024. Contractor shall complete the NIST 800-171 DOD Assessment before aw ard of contract in accordance w ith DFARS 252.204-7019. The assessment shall not be more than 3 years old. .
