Site work and paving for a civil project in North Ogden, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Project Description: The work consists ofmilling, asphalt patching, 2" asphalt overlay, and chip and seal. Also includes pre-lowering water valve boxes & manholes then raising to grade manholes, water valve boxes, and survey monuments and placing concrete collars Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to NORTH OGDEN CITY CORPORATION. The contractor will be selected using the "Choosing by Advantages Decision Making System". The project will be separated into ten (10) schedules. The work may be awarded by schedule. All work covered by the contract documents shall be completed by: June 30, 2025. All questions relative to this project prior to the opening of bids, shall be directed to the Project Engineer. It shall be understood, however, that no specification interpretations will be made by telephone, nor will any "or equal" products be considered for approval prior to award of contract.
