FA449724Q0041 The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and items necessary to inspect, repair and install a Video Management System (VMS) with an approved authority to operate on the Air Force Network as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All equipment shall be maintained by the contractor in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. The contractor will ensure all drawings, diagrams, as-builts and documentation are given to the Security Forces representative within the S5/Installation Security office (ISS). Questions Deadline: 17 May 2024; no later than 1:00 P.M. EDT SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, supervision, and items necessary to inspect, repair and install a Video Management System (VMS) with an approved authority to operate on the Air Force Network as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). All equipment shall be maintained by the contractor in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. The contractor will ensure all drawings, diagrams, as-builts and documentation are given to the Security Forces representative within the S5/Installation Security office (ISS). 2.0PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base and 4 options years. 3.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE: Phase 1 is to install a VMS with an approved authority to operate on the Air Force Network at Bldg. 330/Main Gate and Bldg. 803/Housing Gate. System must have a minimum of 30 days retention for recordings as well as have an overwrite function that deletes the oldest footage to make room on the server. The Contractor will be responsible for installing and configuring 11 cameras at the designated locations determined by ISS. ISS will verify all camera views/angles are accurate. The contractor will remove all existing cameras and equipment and install cameras using new infrastructure. The Contractor will be responsible for installation and configuration of the server at Bldg. 910 and an operator station inside the base defense operation center Bldg. 140, location will be determined by ISS. The contractor will train four individuals on the use of the system and basic troubleshooting steps. Additional cameras will be installed in accordance with the attached phased plan. All cabling will be installed/repaired/maintained by the 436 CS contractor. The contractor will give any documentation/as-builts to a member of the ISS.
