Renovation of an educational facility in Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all RFPs, bids, or their parts, and to waive informalities therein. The project consists of the renovation of existing restroom areas and adjacent spaces to create new accessible restrooms. Demolition includes interior walls, interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, bathroom partitions, exterior windows and windowsills, and other demolition Work shown on the Drawings. Construction will consist of new interior finishes, CMU wall and brick infill at exterior and interior locations, restroom fixtures and accessories, doors and frames, roof penetration patchwork, related mechanical, plumbing, and electrical Work, and other Work shown on the Drawing. Parties that download the Drawings and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere, are solely responsible for those printing costs. The sales of paper copies for projects listed on this site are not available.
