All material is to be treated and shall conform to the Iowa DOT Standard Specification Sections 2409, 4160, 4161, and 4163. The material is to be delivered to 509 East Grove Street, Maquoketa, Iowa. Total Proposal Guaranty is 10% of Bid Amount; Delivery Date: After June 15, 2024 and before September 1, 2024; $50/Day Liquidated Damages A Certified check made payable to the County, a Cashier's check made payable to the County, drawn upon a solvent bank, an irrevocable letter of credit by a solvent bank, or a bid bond, shall be filed with each proposal (in a separate envelope) in an amount as set forth in the Proposal Form. Failure to execute a contract and file an acceptable bond and Certificate of Insurance within 30 days of the date of the approval for awarding of the contract, as herein provided, will be just and sufficient cause for the denial of the award and the forfeiture of the proposal guaranty.
