Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of October 15, 2024, an engineer has been selected for the project. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide design and construction administration services for the Replace Steam Boilers 3 & 4 - Physical Plant project at the State University of New York, Maritime College. The Project will include design and construction related services for the removal and replacement of two of the four high pressure steam boilers located in the physical plant. Boilers #3 and #4 sized at 12,000 and 30,000 lbs./hr. respectively will be replaced with flex tube boilers. Replacement of boiler controls for all four boilers is also part of the project. The construction value is estimated at approximately $8,330,000. Once registered, consultants will receive an email with the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the link to upload your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) at the submission deadline. SOQs must be submitted in the format prescribed by the Fund using the link provided in the email received after registration that supplies the RFQ. Required electronic copies of Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) must be received by the due date and time specified in the RFQ.
