Reference Number 0000350439 The project consists of the following: Coordinate with the Village of Suffern STP Operator and/or his designatee. Demolish the existing UV units and their associated control panels and electrical components. Demolish the existing vertical turbine UV pumps. Demolish the chemical feed system and water lines as shown on the plans. Furnish and install two (2) non-contact type UV units and their appurtenances. (Electrical connections by others.) Furnish and install an elevated platform between the UV units. Furnish and install three (3) vertical turbine pumps. (Electrical connections by others.) Furnish and install two (2) electrically actuated butterfly valves and a control panel. (Electrical connections by others.) Bidders for this project are required to comply with the Village Apprenticeship Training Program requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. This project is funded with New York State Financial Assistance and is subject to MWBE and SDVOB goals and additional required documentation.
