Audiovisual upgrade for our 9 conference rooms and 2 auditoriums at the NYCREATES Albany location, located at 257 Fuller Road in Albany, NY 12203. As well as 2 conference rooms at the Rochester, NY location, located at 1964 Lake Avenue in Rochester, NY 14615. The upgrade aims to enhance the technological capabilities and user experience by integrating industry-leading products like Extron, Barco, and Shure, along with cutting-edge interactive Commercial displays like ViewSonic view boards Or Barco CTOUCH as well as 8k/4k UST Ultra Short throw projector with ALR/CLR motorized screens. The goal is to have bidders design and build a seamless and interactive communication environment that supports a wide range of activities, from daily in-person and hybrid meetings to small and large-scale meetings and events.
