Reference number: 1840760 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-05-09 The City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield wants to implement a parking management system in its downtown area; This system will include sensor detection for all parking spaces at each site and digital signage via variable message signs. In addition, for one of the sites, the City wants to implement a pricing system with parking meters based on pay-per-licence plate (PpIP) technology. Also, the proposed solution will have to be scalable allowing the addition of functionalities, flexible, configurable and customizable according to the different elements that will constitute them. The purpose of this call for tenders is to acquire, implement and commission both the physical equipment component and the information component (panel management system, sensors and control of these sensors) enabling the City to achieve its objectives.
