The Project Consists of Building a New All-encompassing School Facility That Will House All K-12 Students, and District Support Services. The Project Construction Budget is Approximately $79.2 Million. Design is Anticipated to Begin in August 2024. Early Construction Packages Are Anticipated to Begin in May/june 2025 With Total Project Substantial Completion Estimated to Be by September 2026. The Design-builder Shall Provide High Quality Services Including Scheduling, Phasing Logistics, Collaboration With the Design Consultants, Manage and Estimate Design Budgets and Design Contingency Solutions, Assist in Risk Identification and Management Thereof, Coordinate Environmental and Hazmat Investigation Services and Plans, Direct Construction Best-practices, Organize Design Investigative Work and Provide Assistance in the Selection of Materials and Building Systems, Solicit and Manage Subcontractor Bid Packages and Supplier Bidding While Providing High-quality Construction Services to Safely Deliver a Superior Project That Comprises the Full Scope of Program Needs Set by Cfsd That is on Time, Meets or Exceeds Quality and Under Budget.
