Project Union Street #2 Standpipe Rehabilitation: The work includes full abrasive sand blasting and painting of the exterior and interior of the drinking water storage tank with full containment. The work also includes epoxy/welded pit filling, steel plating, exterior grouting, clearing/grubbing, processed gravel apron within 10 ft of the tank, safety measures on ladder, fall protection on the roof, replacing tank anchor bolts as needed, replacing finial vent, safety measures, and a gap screen on the overflow pipe. The work also includes replacement of existing fencing on site as a bid alternate (A) and full-depth reconstruction of the existing tank access roadway as a bid alternate (B). Bid Security 5% (Bid Bond) Contractor Qualification Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 4:00 PM ET
