Reference Number 0000350574 The City of Lincoln Park is accepting sealed bids for Contractors to remove graffiti and repaint the interior concave surface and stage floor of the Bandshell. The scope of work will include removal of all graffiti from the concave surfaces of the dome and the stage floor. Repaint the entire concave surfaces of the dome and the stage floor. Excluding the front proscenium of the stage. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. *The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids not in the best interest of the City or Department; and further, to accept a bid higher than the low bid, when deemed by the City Council to be in the best interest of the City.
