Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract involves the removal and replacement of the structural concrete stairs as well as removal and replacement of the top corners of the surrounding retaining wall. After wall repair, existing railing segments at replaced wall corners will be removed and reinstalled. The sidewalk at the top of the stairs, bottom of the stairs, and beneath the existing stair columns will be replaced. New railing and handrail will also be installed Small Business Enterprises, including those registered with the City of Cincinnati Office of Contract Compliance Small Business Enterprise Program, are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with law or to reject any or all bids/proposals.
