Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of May 24, 2024 project was awarded to Climate Innovations Heating & Air for $46,571.00 .** Purchase & Installation of a Dehumidifier System Provide and install four (4) dehumidifier units in building 450 including any power or plumbing requirements. All installation will be done during closed days (Monday & Tuesday) and/or evenings, all work areas will be cleaned every day so business can reopen. Care will be taken to avoid damage to expensive museum displays. Contractor will be responsible for repair costs of any damaged museum displays. Building size is 6,000 sq. ft Site can be viewed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM The district in its sole discretion reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities.
