Meter Replacement Project. Summary: the District is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Firms for: (1) the Acquisition of 250+ Smart Meters and a Data Collection (Read) System ("Materials"); and (2) Replacement of Direct Read Meters With the Smart Meters and Related Tasks ("Labor") (Collectively Referred to as "Project"). The District Will Consider Either an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (Ami) System or Automatic Meter Reading (Amr) System. the Labor Includes the Workforce to Install the Meters and Incidental Parts Needed to Install the Meters. The District May Consider Proposals for Materials and Labor Separately, So Firms Responding to This Rfp ("Respondents") Should Act Accordingly. District Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Informality, or to Withhold the Award of a Proposal for Any Reasonable Reason as Determined by the District. The Project Must Be Completed by No Later Than May 31, 2025.
