La Dorada Phase 1 Subdivision Improvement All Questions Must Be Sent to Chucks@barronstark.com SPECIFICATIONS: The materials and methods of construction of all work within the scope of this proposal shall be governed by the current Parker County and/or Cresson Crossroads MUD No. 2 Standard Specifications for paving, grading, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer construction. For items not addressed by Parker County or MUD Standard Specifications, the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction shall apply. Any reference to TxDOT specifications shall mean the Texas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets, and Bridges, current addition. 3. SCOPE OF WORK: The work for this project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, tools and incidentals to construct paving, grading, drainage, water, & sanitary sewer in accordance with the plans and specifications "Construction Plans La Dorada - Phase 1" complete in its entirety without exception. The scope of work for La Dorada - Phase 1 includes a significant amount of perimeter street improvements within Kelly Ranch Parkway & La Dorada Trail. The perimeter street drawings are contained in a separate plan set "Construction Plans Kelly Ranch Parkway & La Dorada Trail" which is a part of these contract documents also. Bidders should have in their possession both sets of bid documents. The perimeter street plans have been designed to include the full scope of perimeter street construction, only a portion of which is within the La Dorada Phase 1 scope of work.
