OPWDD's Contract Management Unit for Finger Lakes DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services for Monroe Campus in Monroe County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal of snow and slush accumulations and immediate application of ice control products. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or its principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 2 years of relevant experience. Bidder will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances governing the performance of Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services. Contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder hat provide the lowest Total Seasonal Price. Prevailing wage will apply to this contract. OPWDD reserves the right to use any and all ideas presented in any response to the IFB. Selection or rejection of any proposal does not affect this right. OPWDD shall also have unlimited rights to disclose or duplicate, for any purpose whatsoever, all information or other work product developed, derived, documented or furnished by the Bidder under any agreement resulting from this IFB.
