Description ofWork: 1. Work consists ofPurchasing and installing new Security screens on 30 windows at the Smith Building @ Spring Grove Hospital Center per local and state building codes and current industry standards. 2. Kane Innovations Threat Level 6 Medium Security Screens with flush mount (or equal) will be installed on all 30 windows per manufacturer's recommendations. 3. The contractor is to provide a sample screen for Maryland Department ofHealth to approve before installation. 4. All work shall be accomplished within sixty (60) calendar days from the date designated by the notice to proceed The successful contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials and supplies required for installation of new security screens at the Smith Building at Spring Grove Hospital Center in according with the terms, conditions and specifications located at 55 Wade Ave, Catonsville, Maryland 21228.
