REPLACE MILL CREEK WATER TANK, REDWOOD NATIONAL AND STATE PARKS, DEL NORTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA The National Park Service (NPS) at Redwood National and State Parks, located within Del Norte County, California, has a requirement for the removal and replacement of an existing 100,000-gallon water storage tank. The water tank serves the Mill Creek Campground and several adjacent park structures. The project is located at the Mill Creek Campground in Redwood State Park, in Del Norte County, California. Access to the site is off of U.S. Highway 101, approximately 4 miles south of the City of Crescent City. Existing water system shutdown and onsite construction may only be performed during the campground closure period between approximately October 15 to April 30 each calendar year; water service shall be functional prior to May 1 annual campground opening. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 237110, with a corresponding size standard of $45 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall not be considered. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price (project experience, California contractor license, schedule, and past performance) as listed in the Request for Proposal.
