Site work and renovation of a communication facility in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.

Project consists of but is not limited to: Data antenna relocation including but not limited to related roof, electrical, and carpentry at 38 Lewis Street. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. A 50% Payment Bond is required if the bid is over $25,000.00. Estimated Cost $15,000 Question Deadline 05/06/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions regarding this project shall be submitted in writing 72 hours prior to opening and emailed to Mod-Bids@worcesterha.org. Reference the BFI Job Number only in the subject line. The work includes and is not limited to the furnishing and installation of all labor and materials to complete the Antenna Relocation CONSISTING OF: A. Electrical: 1. Disconnect the existing Comm wire from the existing mast and all existing cables. 2. Disconnect existing Comm wire from the existing NEMA box located in the attic. 3. Furnish and install new stabilizing cables at the new tripod location. 4. Furnish and install Comm wire from the mast at the new location to the NEMA box located in the attic. 5. Remove and relocate the existing tripod to the front of the roof with new eyelets. B. Roofing/Carpentry: 1. Flash all new roof penetrations at the new tripod location and patch existing all penetrations at the existing tripod location. 2. Install new wood blocking on the interior of the roof relative the new tripod location. C. Warranty - Minimum Requirements 1. Labor and Materials - 1 year
