NLHC is required by the Public Procurement Regulations under the Newfoundland and Labrador Public Procurement Act to apply a ten percent (10%) reduction to the pricing submitted by provincial suppliers for the purposes of evaluating pricing. This reduction will only be applied when the evaluation includes submissions from non-provincial suppliers. Provide a New as-built Survey for Above-ground Infrastructure Only of Buckmaster's Circle, St. John's, Nl as Noted Within Schedule G - Boundary Map. Areas Included in Description of Services Are Outlined With Blue. 1 Confirm and Identify Any Easements Associated With the Property. 2 Identify & Locate Existing Buildings, Asphalt, Sidewalks, Vegetation, Fire Hydrants, and Light Poles. 3 Provide Accurate Measurements and Documentation of Buildings, Structures, and Other Constructed Features: This Includes Details Such as Dimensions, Elevations, and Other Architectural Elements. 4 Identify Details About Landscaping Features Such as Trees, Shrubs, Gardens, Pathways, and Irrigation Systems. 5 Provide Data on the Layout, Dimensions, Grades, and Materials Used in Roads, Sidewalks, Driveways, and Parking Lots. 6 Capture the Existing Topography of the Site: Including Natural Features Such as Hills, Valleys, Slopes, and Bodies of Water. 7 Establish Accurate Boundary Lines and Legal Descriptions of the Property. 8 Provide an Electronic Copy (Autocad V.2010 or Later) of All Requested Information.
