Renovation of an educational facility in Breezy Point, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General: TAB work of Division 23 shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Testing and start-up of the equipment. 2. Insure the hydronic systems have been properly flushed, cleaned, and glycol added prior to TAB work commencing. 3. Insure that all work listed in Examination and Preparation sections below have been completed before TAB work commences. 2. Assisting with the testing, adjusting and balancing of hydronic and air systems. 3. Cooperation with the TAB contractor. 4. Providing qualified personnel for participation in TAB process. 5. Providing equipment, materials, and labor as necessary to correct construction and/or equipment deficiencies found during the TAB process. A. Section Includes: 1. Testing, adjustment, and balancing of air systems. 2. Testing, adjustment, and balancing of hydronic and refrigerating systems. 3. Measurement of final operating condition of HVAC systems. Description of Work: The adjustment and repair of the system includes all computer equipment, software updates, transmission equipment and all sensors and control devices. Provide the manufacturer's required adjustments and all other work necessary. A. Work Includes: The Work of the Project as defined by the Contract Documents consists of the Eagle View Elementary School LTFM Chiller Replacement Project, located at 6539 County Road 11, Breezy Point, Minnesota 56472, as represented in the Contract Documents prepared by Armstrong, Torseth, Skold & Rydeen, Inc., Architects and Engineers, Minneapolis, Minnesota and their Consultants. Miscellaneous Provisions The project consists of replacing the Existing Chiller at Eagle View Elementary School with a New Chiller and Integration into the Existing Energy Management System. Please contact Franz Reprographics, 763-503-3401, for help accessing the Online Plan Room or ordering non-refundable documents. 1. Copies of Addenda will be issued to Prime Bidders, and Plan Rooms and Builders Exchanges identified in this Section, free of charge. 2. Copies of Addenda will not be issued to Sub-Bidders who have purchased Bidding Documents from Reprographic Source. Sub-Bidders may purchase copies of Addenda from Reprographic Source; such charges are non-refundable. At the District Office in person, located at 30805 Olson Street, Pequot Lakes, Minnesota 56472, Attention: Heidi Hagen – Finance Director at which time and place all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
