Renovation of a parking garage in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.

City Parking Deck Elevator Replacements - This bid will be for elevator modernizations of the three (3) existing elevators based on the attached specifications, at three separate City of Rockford parking decks in downtown Rockford. These elevators, each located at the Concourse Deck, Parking Deck "B" and Metro Deck,shall consist of all the furnishings and installation of all elevator materials, controllers, drive motors, doors, traction cables, wheel chair accessible features applicable to law, and other materials deemed to be a part of the overall system as specified in the accompanying drawings, documents, and specifications (if applicable). Work shall be completed in full accordance with these documents, except by prior written consent of the City of Rockford. Work will be performed one (1) elevator at a time. Detailed specifications necessary for the completion of the described elevators are contained within this document. The parking deck locations are as follows: Church Street South (formerly Concourse Deck) - 211 S. Church St. Wyman South (formerly Parking Deck "B") - 211B Elm St. State Street West (formerly Metro Deck) - 301 W. State St. The City of Rockford reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
