Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jamestown, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Materials and labor necessary for the complete installation of two new HVAC units (3 ton, 80,000 BTU's, 3phase). Two units on the roof. Installation includes curb adapter (if required). Installation also includes, hail guards, re-connection of all existing duct, electrical lines/controls, plumbing/drains, and gas lines; as well as setting the new unit, placed on the roof curb, the existing units left on school property site, and refrigerant legally reclaimed. Roof must be protected with a 10ft. radius from the unit. One-year warranty on all parts and labor, five-year compressor parts only warranty. All units need to be compatible with the existing units.
