Brewster High School Security Vestibule, Synthetic Field, and Related Work The Project consists of the the construction of: Security Vestibule, canopy and adjoining Security Office, including new construction and modifications to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, security and low voltage systems. Rehabilitation of the existing curved roof adjacent to the Security Vestibule. The reconstruction and rehabilitation of two concrete pedestrian bridges. Replacement of two existing rooftop units ,serving the Locker Rooms, with Energy Recovery Units. Include related roof and ceiling modifications. Replacement of synthetic turf carpet at Field #3. Replacement of the Track and installation of a synthetic Turf Field at existing grass Field #8. Asphalt walkway and lighting. Parking lot expansions and improvements. Main road realignments. ADA access to walking paths and fields. Elevator Modernization. Remove existing elevator and hydraulics. Provide new hydraulics, cab and related items within existing elevator shaft. They Must Be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope Bearing on the Outside the Name and Address of the Bidder and Title of the Project as Noted Above. All Bid Prices Shall Be Filled in, Both in Words and Figures. Signatures Shall Be in Ink and in Longhand. Proposals Which Are Incomplete, Conditional, or Obscure May Be Rejected as Informal. Additional Copies of the Proposal Form Will Be Furnished by the Architect Upon Request. No Oral or Telephonic Proposals or Modifications of Proposals Will Be Considered. Lump Sum Bids Will Be Received for Six (6) Prime Contracts: Contract #1 General Construction.
