The project will consist of the following work: Demolition of existing volleyball court, silo and concrete, gravel entrance, and appurtenances; Rough grade the entire site - rough grade is defined as 6 inches below finished grade with turf establishment; Grading and drainage improvements; Erosion and sediment control; Stormwater pond; Construction of new access road and parking area using gravel subbase without the asphalt base and surface course; Utilities including waterlines, sanitary sewer piping, sanitary force main, storm sewer piping, electrical conduit; and Incidental related work.
