Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to the installation of two (2) cantelevered canopy structures with canopy shade fabric over two (2) existing metal bleachers located along each sideline of the football field at Gwen Cherry Park. Each cantelivered canopy structure is approximately 180 feet long, 38 feet wide and 35 feet tall, and each contains nearly 7,000 square feet of fabric. Provide and install new electrical service, new lighting and photometrics. Provide and install new addressable fire alarm system and connect to existing system. Liquidated Damages: YES $$ Per Day: $250.00 Scope of Work The information presented in this HASP is based on the best available information at the time of the HASP preparation and is intended only for activities described in this plan. The scope-of-work is summarized below: Complete underground utility clearance through Sunshine 811 and private utility clearance (GPR Survey), mobilize to site and complete the installation of the shade canopies over the bleachers along the football field. During all soil excavation, drilling, stockpiling, and loading into trucks for off-site disposal, the soils will be kept moist to minimize dust. Barricades with yellow caution tape will be placed around the excavation, stockpiled soils, and soil loadings areas. Based on contaminants of concern detected over the course of several previous assessments, in addition to this HASP, CEI proposes a Soil Management Plan/Air Monitoring Plan (SMP/AMP) for the earth work activities. Daily air monitoring will be provided during the earth work activities. Refer to Attachment D for a copy of the SMP/AMP.
