Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids from qualified contractors to replace concrete sidewalk slabs at two locations in the City of Eagle River: o South First Street, north of Wall Street. Includes curb and gutter. Work to be coordinated with electrical contractors to pull appropriate electrical for street lighting in conjunction with the Rotary Square development project. o South Main Street, south of Wall Street. Includes gutter across alley way at the north segment of the project area, and repair or replacement of curb as needed. The work to be performed will be chosen by the City based on the selected contractor's unit price. The City reserves the right to have its Public Works Department remove the existing sidewalks prior to replacement by the contractor. The City of Eagle River reserves the right to modify and waive any and all informalities or technicalities, or to reject any and all Bids and/or parts thereof, and to accept that Bid which it deems most favorable for the City. The City of Mequon is seeking cost and qualifications proposals for concrete sidewalk replacement at two locations along Port Washington Road in the City of Mequon. o One area is 197' long (985 SF) and one is 117' long (585 SF). o Specifications listed below are attached and must be followed for this project. o Section 02650 - Remove & Replace Concrete Sidewalk o Section 01500 - Construction Facilities o Also see attached Location Map & Pictures for Sidewalk Replacement
