The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Estimate: $390,000 (Base: $340,000 / Alt. 1: $50,000) The project consists of furnishing and installing all items associated and required for placement and operation of an AVGAS 12,000 Gallon above ground, bottom load dispensing tank and storage system (Procured, Installed, Electrical Connection, and Placed in Operation) in accordance with these specifications and in conformity to directions, measurements, and requirement as specified in plans. The site work includes demolition and removal of an existing 10,000 gallon above ground steel Aviation Gas Fuel tank (AvGas), steel containment dike, dispensing system, bollards, and dispensing stand. Requires installation of new tank/dispensing system, electrical conduit/circuits, new light post, new credit card reader stand, reinstallation of existing credit card reader, and installation of new bollards. PROJECT DURATION:240 Calendar Days (210 Day Assembly Period, 30 Day Installation / Startup Period) Contractors submitting bids shall be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2164, General Commercial. The bidder shall show his license number on the bid and on the sealed envelope submitting the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
