No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Kenosha County Department of Public Works for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of opening bids. The Kenosha County Department of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, or to accept any bid which may be most advantageous to, and in the best interest of Kenosha County.
