Renovation of a municipal facility in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project scope is to address the water infiltration along the building's west elevation. Work includes excavation to expose the lower portion of the brick cladding and concrete foundation wall from line of grade down to the existing wall footing. Excavation is to expose the wing walls of existing areaways. Clean and prepare brick and concrete surfaces to accept new waterproofing system installation. Backfill subgrade and finished grade to match existing. The bid bond need not be for a specific sum, but may be stated to be for a sum equal to 10% of the bid plus. bid bond a security deposit in the form of a certified check, bank treasurer's check, cashier's check, money order, or other prior approved secured deposit assigned to the State. performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. Additional documents including plans are available from the owner.
