Reference Number 0000349221 It is the intent of the Emerald Coast Utilities Authority to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to purchase and delivery of backwashed and drained Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) in quantities ranging from 715 cubic feet to 5,720 cubic feet. July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 (With two one-year optional extensions upon mutual agreement of both parties, with no increase in price). All questions concerning the specifications or bid submission procedures can be emailed to the Purchasing and Stores Division Sole Point of Contact (POC) (as listed below) by May 10, 2024, noon, local time for consideration. Answers will be provided in the form of an addendum. Only questions answered by addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or classifications will be without legal effect. All addenda issued must be acknowledged in your bid response.
