Renovation of a library in Brevard, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a library.
Transylvania County is soliciting qualification statements for qualified architectural firms for phased services including probable cost analysis, construction design and construction management of an Amphitheatre Improvement Project at Transylvania County Library. Responses to the RFQ will be used to determine the relative qualifications of various firms to perform the scope of work and tasks specified. The County is seeking a firm/organization with demonstrated experience in working on government projects and the needs of counties and municipalities during design and construction. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Fax and e-mail messages will be treated as written questions . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
