Renovation of a medical facility in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The CMH Reverse Osmosis System project was initiated to replace existing RO equipment servicing the Renal Dialysis department at Cariboo Memorial Hospital. The scope of the procurement is to renovate an existing shelled space and prep for installation of new RO equipment, prep stations for sink installations, demolish existing RO equipment, and reno existing water room to create operational space for an additional treatment room. The effected program area is approximately 150 m2. The scope of work includes selective demolition, rough and finish carpentry, new finishes, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical works as noted in the bid documents and associated coordination for the project. The RO Vendor (Baxter) will be installing the closed loop system, see Baxter Scope of Work document for details as to what the vendor will be installing. Works must be fully coordinated with the equipment vendor and the program to ensure that no operational capacity is lost during the project.
