License required: A and/or B Engineer's Estimate: $5,000,000 to $6,000,000 Contract Term: 547 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed Contract Performance Period: 182 Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date Physical Work onsite is to be performed between September and May. The Contractor may be issued the Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the project prior to this date. The period between the NTP and Start Work Date can be used for administrative tasks (such as Submittals, RFI's, etc.) and is included in the overall Project Duration. The bidder agrees to complete all work within ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO (182) calendar days from the date of written notice to commence work.
