The Asphalt Resurfacing of Various Roads - The project shall include the Asphalt Resurfacing of Various Roads including Ravenwood Drive (CH-0604) and Merritt Road (CH-0605). Also included in the project is the full-depth asphalt paving of the Geauga County Engineer's Office South Yard located on Merritt Road. The project locations are generally shown on the Location Map. The work shall include improvement of approximately 1.5 miles of roadway. All work for this project shall be completed within the construction limits. Including: Ravenwood Drive CH-0604-AB Merritt Road CH-0605-A Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 153, the bid must be accompanied by an original sealed document (uploaded for digital bids) in the form of a bond for the full amount of the bid (100%). Otherwise, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1305.
