The Asphalt Resurfacing of Various Roads - The project shall include the Asphalt Resurfacing of Various Roads including Ravenwood Drive (CH-0604) and Merritt Road (CH-0605). Also included in the project is the full-depth asphalt paving of
the Geauga County Engineer's Office South Yard located on Merritt Road. The project locations are generally shown on the Location Map. The work shall include improvement of approximately 1.5 miles of roadway. All work for this project shall be completed within the construction limits.

Merritt Road CH-0605-A Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 153, the bid must be accompanied by an original sealed document (uploaded for digital bids) in the form of a bond for the full amount of the bid (100%). Otherwise, each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1305. The Geauga County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid or bids which are deemed most favorable to the Board at the time and under conditions stipulated, all in accord with the applicable provisions of laws of the State of Ohio governing the conduct of the Geauga County Board of Commissioners.
