Reference Number 0000269034 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/05/01 02:00:00 PM EDT The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the reconstruction of the existing 1,100 square meter TD Student Success Centre parking lot located at 305 Victoria Ave, Windsor, ON N9A 4M7. The project includes the removal of existing hardscaping, removal of soils in accordance with consultant recommendations, installation of new storm drainage piping connecting to municipal service mains, and new hardscaping installation complete with line painting. Bid Bond shall be in the sum of 10% of the Bid Price. Agreement to Bond stating that the surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond of 50% of Contract Price, Excluding HST and a Labour and Material Payment Bond of 50% of the Contract Price, Excluding HST. The term of the Agreement shall reflect the construction activities scheduled from June 1, 2024, through July 31, 2024, and shall include a two (2) year maintenance period.
